Chinnor Beer Festival

Beer lovers are welcome at Chinnor’s village beer festival this Saturday on White’s Field, Mill Lane.

The afternoon of fetivities includes live music, quality local English ales and ciders, craft lagers, wine, Pimms, and great food.

This community event is organised by a small band of dedicated volunteers, it’s now in its sixth year and all proceeds go towards youth projects in the Parish.

Steve Bird, Chairman of the Chinnor Beer Festival, said: “The festival is now an essential feature of the Chinnor social calendar and
it’s been so successful that word is spreading to the local towns and villages.

“We’re proud to let them see what Chinnor has to offer and show what a great
community pulling together can do to help support worthwhile local projects.”

More than £20,000 has been raised so far, benefiting many local clubs and institutions.

Entry is free and the
festival takes place from midday until 7pm on Saturday 23 August. To find out more search Chinnor Beer Festival on Facebook.
