One of the most interesting gatherings of cars ever seen in Oxfordshire takes place this weekend.

The Thame Ford Revival is a free event that takes place at the Ford garage in Rycote Lane between 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

A collection of new and old cars will be on display at the garage.

Among the highlights for car lovers are cars from Ford Heritage including the Escort that Hannu Mikkola won the London to Mexico World Cup 1995 rerun.

As well as the Escort there is also a Jaguar XK120 from this year’s Mille Miglia as well as the Mustang Selby GT350 that raced in the Goodwood Revival last year.
