A brand new Clintons store is set to open its doors in Thame town centre.
The shop, which will open on Saturday will be in Buttermarket, and will be one of the first stores to benefit from the chain’s recent rebrand.
Jacqueline Peterson, manager of Clintons Thame, said: “Every day is a special day for someone in Thame, and we have a wide range of gifts and cards that mark any occasion.
“Our research tells us that we all appreciate the time and thought that goes into a card choice over a tweet or text, and we have a great new selection for congratulating graduates and newlyweds.”
The firm calculates that it has wished over 1billion happy birthdays via its cards, since the chain launched in 1968.
Today there are over 400 stores around the country.
And to celebrate its launch in Thame the store has teamed up with the Rays of Sunshine children’s charity, to exclusively sell their products in the shop.
The charity is responsible for brightening up the lives of seriously ill children around the UK, and grants once-in-a-lifetime wishes to them and their carers.
