Aylesbury will be teeming with motorbikes and music during an event taking place in May.
From 11am until 8pm on Sunday, May 11, Market Square will host the first ‘Aylesbury Charity Rideout’, an event raising funds for the Motorcycle Action Group and the Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust.
There will be a number of live bands with local group Indefinately heading he line up, while DJ Dan Blaze, will spin some tunes.
The entertainment will be managed by Lauren King, who runs the Green Man pub.
Beforehand, a ride open to all motorcycles, scooter and trikes will leave The Crown pub in Chinnor at 10am for a leisurely ride around the outskirts of Thame onto the Aylesbury Road to Stone and arriving in Aylesbury Exchange Street car park at 11am. The event is sponsored by McCormick UK Ltd and Costa Coffee, with support from Big Al’s T Bar, DWR Racing, British Legion Riders and Aylesbury Fire Station.
Organisers the Motorcycle Action Group say the event aims to raise awareness of motorcycling and promote links with the community.
