Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

MELISSA QUENAULT, 30, of Hastoe Park, Aylesbury. 1) On July 21 in Hilton Avenue, Aylesbury, drove a black Ford Focus after consuming 104 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) On September 11 in Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury drove after consuming 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 4) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JAKUB SLIWINSKI, 20, of Lichfield House, Aylesbury. Between June 1 and August 20 assaulted a female (x3). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

BEN ELLIOTT, 23, of Carrington Crescent, Wendover. On August 12 had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £150, costs £225, victim surcharge £20.

JONATHAN STEVEN MORGAN, 30, of Savernake Road, Aylesbury. On July 2 in Haddenham used threatening words/ behaviour to a male with intent to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Morgan must carry out 220 hours unpaid work and pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

MATTHEW JONATHAN BEST, 24, of Chadbone Close, Aylesbury. On June 19 had in his possession a quantity of mephedrone (also known in slang as meow), a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £135, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ROBERT BLAND, 21, of Bates Close, Granborough. 1) Between September 2007 and March 2013 dishonestly failed to notify authorities of a change in circumstances, in that he had a partner and they were both working, affecting his entitlement to income support, housing benefit, council tax benefit and incapacity benefit. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

AARON LUKE MATTHEW COOK, 22, of Parrin Drive, Wendover. On September 9 in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed five points, fined £185, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DANIEL DONOVAN, 19, of Frome Close, Aylesbury. 1) On November 29 in Aylesbury jointly with another man used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause a male to believe violence would be used against him. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location jointly with same man assaulted the male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £40, compensation £75, costs £40, victim surcharge £20.

DAVID NARRAWAY, 33, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. Between December 12-14 in Aston Clinton pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a female. He photographed her in her home while she was being intimate with her partner. He followed her around Aylesbury town centre and informed her that he knew of her movements. And he communicated with the victim’s new partner via Facebook telling him she was having a relationship with another man. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

AKINJIDE AKINOLA, 29, of Pine Street, Aylesbury. On November 20 in Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury, drove a Black Nissan Juke without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

VICTORIA CAROLINE BARNETT, 32, of Bedwyn Walk, Aylesbury. In June 2012 while working as a customer services advisor at Argos made a fraudulent refund transaction (x4). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANTONY STORM HORWOOD, 28, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. On December 15 stole diesel worth £247 belonging to Kings Langley Building Supplies, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, compensation £82, victim surcharge £20.
