STEVEN LAURENCE VINE, 33, of Meredith Drive, Aylesbury. On August 17 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause people to believe violence would be used. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MICHAELA ALMOND, 19, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On February 20 stole female clothing and lingerie worth £127 from Marks & Spencer, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Community order made – Almond must attend appointments with responsible officer at such times and places as the officer says. Also must pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. No compensation ordered as items recovered.
ADAM FREDERICK COWARD, 22, of Candlefield Road, Heml Hempstead. 1) On March 22 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location had in his possession a 1/2g deal bag of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
DENISE FLOYD, 36, of Ebble Close, Aylesbury. On March 22 stole razor blades worth £220 from Boots in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty.Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. No compensation as items recovered.
JETHRO IAIN HENRY ROUGET GALBRAITH, 24, of Lower Street, Quainton. On February 16 drove a Peugeot 106 in Tring Road, Aylesbury, after consuming 151 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £140, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
JASON HAWKINS, 35, of Brickhill Way, Calvert. On February 14 stole a HTC Desire mobile phone from Aylesbury Travelodge, where he was an employee. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Costs £85, compensation £50, victim surcharge £60.
KIMBERLEY PHILLIPS, 23, of Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury. On March 23 jointly with Kirsty Phillips (see below) assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
KIRSTY PHILLIPS, 27, of Balfour Way, Aylesbury. On March 23 jointly with Kimberley Phillips (see above) assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MARK STUART HUNTLEY-BURSLEM, 47, of Lay Road, Aylesbury.On MArch 21 stole a bottle of whisky worth £4.90 from Marks & Spencer, Aylesbury.Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. No compensation because item recovered.
ROBERT STEPHEN NEWMAN, 26, of no fixed abode. On February 28 stole a pepperoni pizza worth £1.50 from Sainsbury’s, Buckingham Street, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £85, victim surcharge £15. No compensation because item recovered.
WAJID PERVEZ, 30, of Kings Road, Aylesbury. On March 23 in Aylesbury intentionally touched a woman in a sexual way when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe she was consenting. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
