Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

STEVEN CLARKE, 35, of Laverick Road, Aylesbury. On February 13 2013 breached a non-molestation order by twice texting female victim and speaking to her, which he was prohibited from doing. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

KENNETH CONNETT, 35, of Rose Avenue, Aylesbury. On September 21 in Aylesbury, jointly with Laurie Hallam (see below), assaulted a male. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Awaiting sentence.

LAURIE JADE HALLAM, 20, of Rose Avenue, Aylesbury. 1) On October 22 in Aylesbury damaged a white Ford Fiesta to the value of £200. Pleaded guilty. 2) On September 21 jointly with Kenneth Connett (see above) assaulted a male. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 3) On April 13 stole toiletries and cleaning items from a Co-op store in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 4) On April 13 stole toiletries and cleaning items worth £29 from Co-op store in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence for (1) and (2). For (3) and (4) fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. No compensation as items recovered.

LIAM CHRISTOPHER ABBOTT, 22, of Scarlett Avenue, Wendover. 1) On April 16 in Walton Street, Aylesbury, drove a grey Mini Cooper S after consuming 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed further offence while subject to conditional discharge for assault. Awaiting sentence.

DAVID JOHN THODAY, 53, of Belgrave Road, Aylesbury. 1) On April 10in Belgrave Road produced six plants of cannabis, class B drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location had in his possession a quantity of herbal cannabis. Pleaded guilty. Fined £175, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DIPESH VARIA, 29, of Shakespeare Way, Aylesbury. On April 14 had in his possession two small deal bags of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

SAJID HUSSAIN, 28, of Alwin Close, Aylesbury. 1) On February 23 in Aylesbury, took a Suzuki Alto vehicle without the consent of the owner. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date in Alwin Close drove Suzuki Alto without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JONATHAN JAMES NASH, 31, of Heron Close, Aylesbury. On April 12 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove a red Skoda Favorit after consuming 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 38 months, fined £330, costs £85, victim surcharge £33.
