Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

NIGEL OXLEY, 51, of Ashford Close, Aylesbury. On August 28 in Jasmine Close, Aylesbury, was the owner of a white Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog called Tye which was dangerously out of control and injured a male.Pleaded guilty. Order made that Tye must have a muzzle securely fitted to prevent it from biting and be kept on a lead in public, otherwise it will be destroyed. Oxley also fined £100, compensation £150, costs £150, victim surcharge £20.

DALE JONATHAN TOWNSEND, 24, of Chestnut Crescent, Aylesbury. 1) On June 8 criminally damaged two windows and a wooden door at the Shoulder of Mutton pub, Wendover. Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed a further offence during a suspended sentence for robbery. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.

DAVID COCKTON, 39, of Brackley Lane, Calvert. On June 6 in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, drove a Vauxhall Astra after consuming 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £300, costs £85, victim surcharge £30.

SAM EDWARDS, 30, of Marsh Road, Aylesbury. 1) On June 7 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove a black BMW while disqualified from driving. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DAVID GARFOOT, 26, of The Cedars, Wendover. On June 7 in Station Road, Stoke Mandeville, drove a silver Toyota after consuming 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 17 months, fined £320, costs £85, victim surcharge £32.

MARC JONATHAN BRETT HOUGHTON, 25, of Thorpe Crescent, Watford. 1) On June 8 in Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury, drove a maroon Ford Focus without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for six months, fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
