JOHN REYNOLDS, 45, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. On September 19 on the Wendover bypass, drove Renault Scenic while unfit to drive through drugs.

ADAM DAVID SMITH, 22, of Colossus Way, Bletchley. On July 7 in Ivinghoe Beacon caused a nuisance to the public by organising an illegal rave. Pleaded guilty. Fined £180, costs £100, victim surcharge £20.

CALLUM JAMES CURRY, 22, of Lyndhurst Close, Wycombe. 1) On January 8 stole a bicycle seat, handle bar grips, a hand pump, cable lock, Storm Touch fragrance giftset and a five inch owl, worth a total of £28, from QD in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On January 8 stole a razor, perfume and bath salts, worth a total of £164, from Boots in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. No compensation as items recovered.

BARRY IAN GAFFNEY, 41, of Kingsgate, Fairford Leys, Aylesbury. On January 7 in Andrews Way, Aylesbury, drove a Vauxhall Corsa after consuming 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

YVETTE MAXWELL, 45, of Culpepper Close, Aylesbury. On December 12 in Friarage Road was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

PETER TAYLOR, 67, of Monet Place, Aylesbury. On December 12 in Gogh Road drove a Ford Galaxy after consuming 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs).


 Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £300, costs £85, victim surcharge £30.

SCOTT MCINTYRE, 41, of Wall Brown Way, Aylesbury. 1) On July 12 in Red Admiral Street drove a black VW Golf after consuming 236 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) On August 26 in Wall Brown Way drove a black VW Golf after consuming 277 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JAN STYPKA, 44, of Rickard Close, Aylesbury. On December 10 in Beaufort Close, Aylesbury, drove Ford Transit Van after consuming 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £250, costs £85, victim surcharge £25.
