Children can learn scenes and dances from musical 42nd Street during a series of drama workshops across the Vale this summer.
The show is coming to Aylesbury Waterside Theatre in November and the sessions are being run by a professional choreographer and singer.
The project is funded by Aylesbury Vale District Council, which is working with the theatre to provide drama opportunities for youngsters.
There are three sessions planned, which all run from 10am-4pm. Youngsters, aged 12-16, can take part at the John Colet School in Wendover on August 2/ 3. For eight-11 year olds there are activities in Buckingham Community Centre on August 6 /7 and Haddenham Village Hall on August 8/ 9.
Meanwhile On Friday August 10 all three groups will meet at the Waterside Theatre’s Second Space to showcase their work to parents. The sessions cost £50 per child for the three days.
