A YOUNG personal fitness trainer from Thame is holding free fat loss seminars to give advice on how to best burn off those extra calories.
Ben Fox, 22, a former Lord Williams’s School pupil runs Health² Personal Training from The Oxfordshire Golf Club.
The young fitness guru is putting on the talk on three dates in January, it is absolutely free to attend and everyone is welcome.
Ben is a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer who has been involved in the health industry for more than four years.
He held a similar series of talks in October and due to popular demand is doing it again.
The seminar will focus predominantly on how the types of food that we eat affect the body’s hormones and how imbalances in these hormones can negatively affect how easy it is for us to lose weight.
If you are someone who is confused about the right things to eat or find yourself dieting without success and putting on weight once you stop a diet, then this talk is for you.
Ben said: “I got into this business because I really wanted to help people.
“I studied a degree that wasn’t relevant to physical fitness at Reading University but got really into it in my own time.”
Held at the Oxfordshire the talks are January 17 at 6pm or January 19 and 21 at 11am.
