The health chiefs responsible for buying care services in the Vale held their first ever annual general meeting – with a bit of a twist.
Last night’s informal event started with an exercise session, and gave members of the public the chance to quiz GPs, and let them know which services they would like to see improved.
Taking place at Aylesbury Vale District Council’s Gateway building, the Aylesbury Vale Clinical Commissioning group meeting was also broadcast live over the internet so that more people could get involved.
Lou Patten, chief officer for the CCG, said: “As the commissioner for health services across Aylesbury Vale, our priority is to ensure that health services meet the needs of our population.
“The AGM is a chance to help us understand what you as a community would like to provide and we were keen to hear your views.”
