Presenter Lizzie Greenwood-Hughes, who fronts The Football League Show is the latest person to answer our questions, where she exposes her love for George Clooney.
What’s your earliest memory?
Sitting on my parents’ kitchen floor. It was blue and white checks. I must have been about two and a half.
Ignore what you’re doing now, if you could do any job in the world, what would it be and why?
A horse vet probably.
Of all the places you’ve been in your life, which would you recommend to a stranger?
Antartica. because it is the most beautiful place on the planet.
You can invite three people - living or dead, from any period - round for dinner. Who are they and why?
Caroline Bradley, because she is my sporting hero.
George Clooney because he’s gorgeous, obviously.
The Queen, because I’d like to find out if she’s genuinely nice.
What was the last treat you bought for yourself, or someone else?
A new leather jacket.
If you had to give up something tomorrow, what would you find it hardest to live without?
Discounting my family, because they would clearly be my first choice, it would be animals next – horses and dogs.
What’s the most important lesson life has taught you so far?
Sometimes no matter how hard you work, some things aren’t meant to be.
What’s your favourite films of all time?
The Shawshank Redemption.
Have you got a favourite shop within 20 miles of Thame town centre?
The shop I use most here is my local butcher Plested in Chinnor. All their meat is top quality and locally-sourced, which I like.
But if you’re talking about clothes then I’m afraid I consider most of the shops here to be a bit lacking.
I tend to go into London for clothes shopping.
You’re taking friends or family out for the day, but you can’t go more than 20 miles from Thame what’s your recommendation?
Hmmm, exactly where do you go? This area lacks good entertainment in my opinion.
If you could pass a new law tomorrow, what and why?
Anyone found dropping litter or fly-tipping should be forced to do a month’s full-time community service where they have to pick up litter.
Which person in the public eye would you most like to meet and why?
George Clooney for reasons as above.
