A FAMOUS circus will be taking over the Thame Showground next weekend as acts from all across the world perform.
Circus Ginnett boasts performers from Holland, Australia, Hungary and the UK, who will show off their skills during the 90-minute show.
The act includes aerial silks, an elegant aerial ring, swirling up-tempo hula hoops and an exciting juggler.
Following the acrobats, Vader the dog will perform some of his funny antics and a daredevil will drive a motorcycle across a trapeze.
In between the acts, Clumbsy the clown will be entertaining the crowd.
A spokesman said: “The long family history and the friendly image makes Circus Ginnett a truly unique entertainment for all ages.
“As soon as you step into our big top you will feel the magic called circus. Circus Ginnett will present you a dazzling show and unforgettable memories for young and old.”
Ginnett is one of the UK’s oldest traditional family circuses, which dates back to the early 1800s. It is still run by Patick Austin, who is a descendant of the Ginnett family, and his son Luke.
The opening show will be on Friday, June 24, and there will then be two shows a day before the final performance on Tuesday, June 28 at 5pm.
