Householders are being urged to dispose of their Christmas trees at the Cattle Market Car Park in Thame.

But if they are going to do so, it needs to be done before January 15, otherwise they will not be collected.

The trees will not be accepted if they are put as part of the normal rubbish collection, although people who pay for a brown bin can put trees out next to it and they will be taken away.

Alternatively trees can be taken to a county council waste recycling centre, including those at Oakley Wood, Drayton and Stanford
