BILLY LEE JAMES 23, of Marston Road, Thame. On December 16 failed to provide a specimen of urine for laboratory test.

Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined with costs £450.

At Aylesbury Magistrate’s Court.

PAUL COX, 36, of Chinnor Road, Thame, admitted drink driving in Chinnor Road, Thame, on October 1.

Found to have 131 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit being 35 microgrammes.

Given a 16-week jail term, suspended for 18 months, due to repeated drink-driving offences.

Also given 180 hours unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for a total of three years.

The charge was heard at Oxford Magistrate’s Court.
