Power tools have been stolen from an outbuilding, and police are linking the theft with two other incidents over the same weekend.
Between 7.30pm and midnight on Friday February 27 outbuildings at an address in Towersey Manor Road, Towersey were broken into with padlocks being cut to gain entry.
A chainsaw, a long-handled hedgecutter, a short-handled hedgetrimmer, and a strimmer all made by Stihl were stolen.
Police are linking that theft with another between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday February 28 after a garage at a home in Manor Road, Towersey, was broken into and a combination lock was stolen.
Also between 5pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday a shed next to a home in Lower Green, Towersey was broken into but nothing was stolen.
