PATRICK JOSEPH DWYER, 59, of Sinclair Gate, Stone. On September 30 drove a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, namely 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined with costs £100.

CRAIG IAN WARD, 29, of Church End, Haddenham. On July 27 was in possession of quantity of Ketamine, a controlled drug of class C. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £420.

SIMON ALBUTT, 45, of Windmill Road, Thame. On March 11 drove a motor vehicle along a restricted road namely Rignall Road, Great Missenden, at a speed in exceeding 30mph. Recorded speed was 35mph. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £330. Disqualified from holding or obtaining driving licence for six months.

LEE EDWARD PORTNALL, 47, of Hunters Point, Chinnor. On September 26 drove a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol namely 108 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Community order made. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 27 months.

BRETT ANDRE SWELL 45, of Highfield, Long Crendon. On October 1 drove a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, namely 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £350. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

TINA ANN CURTIS 41, of Ash Road, Princes Risborough. On September 11 drove motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, namely 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining driving licence for 15 months.

RICHARD HENRY BRUCE 55, of Eythrope Road, Stone. On September 24 in Stone was in possession of item which was either a blade or sharply pointed, namely kitchen knife. Pleaded guilty. 2) On September 24 drove motor vehicle after consuming alcohol namely 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £440. Disqualified from holding or obtaining driving licence for 18 months.
