Autumn date set for Stoke Mandeville Hospital’s Savile sex abuse report

Stoke Mandeville Hospital’s report into the Jimmy Savile sex scandal will be published this autumn.

The hospital is currently finishing its interviews with those who claim they were abused and expects to finish by the end of the month. It is also now asking for people to provide information on its history between 1965 and 2003.

The hospital wants any information be it old newsletters, policies, letters or sitemaps to develop an understanding on the history.

The report will be finalised in September or October.
