Court round-up: Vandal attacked cars’ wing mirrors

A vandal who damaged the wing mirrors of five cars is featured in this week’s court list.

Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates Court include:

SIMON EMMETTE, 22, of Levings Close, Aylesbury. On January 4 in Belgrave Road, Aylesbury, criminally damaged wing mirrors on a Ford Focus, Peugeot, Renault, Skoda and Mazda, causing a total of £400 worth of damage. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

GRAHAM MARK MACGREGOR, 40, of Albion Street, Aylesbury. On October 11 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, had with him a baseball bat, an offensive weapon. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DANIEL ANTHONY-SMITH, 26, of Burns Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire. 1) On August 26 in Aylesbury Vale committed fraud by making a false representation to obtain 31 bottles of alcohol, intending to cause loss to nine supermarkets. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, had in his possession a large quantity of fraudulent alcohol discount vouchers. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CRAIG BARTLETT, 37, of Webster Road, Aylesbury. On January 28 in A413 Aylesbury Road, near Winslow, drove a silver Vauxhall Astra after consuming 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 25 months and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

LAUREN ROADS, 20, of Rickard Close, Aylesbury.On February 1 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £85, costs £84, victim surcharge £20.

KARAM TITRE, 20, of Albert Street, Aylesbury. On February 1 used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

MELVIN FORD DUBLIN, 43, of Carlton Close, Aylesbury. On January 14 stole meat products worth £49 from Co-op, Fairford Leys. Pleaded guilty. Given community order with supervision requirement. Victim surcharge £60.

RICHARD ANTHONY GOSS, 27, of O’Grady Way, Aylesbury. On January 26 in Aylesbury had in his possession one deal bag of cannabis resin, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

SHELLEY MARIE LOVERIDGE, 32, of The Willows and Marsh, Aylesbury. 1) On October 12 made off without paying for £19 worth of fuel. Pleaded guilty. 2) On November 11 jointly with another stole goods worth £56 from B&M, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 3) On November 10 jointly with another stole goods worth £31 from Poundland, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £270, costs £85, victim surcharge £20, compensation £19 (for fuel, other items were recovered).

JASMINE SMITH, 21, of Grenville Green, Aylesbury. 1) On November 10 jointly with another stole goods worth £31 from Poundland, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On October 11 jointly with another stole goods worth £56 from B&M, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £152, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LESLEY SUSAN UPJOHN, 54, of Grange Close, Leighton Buzzard. On January 27 stole clothing worth £666 from House of Fraser, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
