Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

JONATHAN PEACOCK, 33, of Lower Close, Aylesbury. On December 8 in Rowland Way drover vehicle without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Fined £412, costs £85, victim surcharge £41. No points on licence as Peacock’s mother gave evidence on oath that she is solely responsible for renewing insurance and informed him he was insured.

ESTELLA VICTORY BROWN, 36, and DAVID JAMES EVANS, 42, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. 1)On or before May 15 failed to meet needs of 13 adult cats. They failed to: a) protect them from pain, suffering and disease by not adequately treating their flea infestation or addressing the causes of their poor body condition and underweight state; b) meet their need for a suitable diet including the provision of a constant supply of clean fresh drinking water; c) provide a suitably clean and hygenic living environment. Both pleaded guilty.

ROWAN DEAN WHITE, 34, of Crown Leys, Aylesbury. On March 4 in Wycliffe End, drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DANIEL ANTHONY HARPUR-ANDREWS, 22, of Poplar Road, Aylesbury. On August 11 stole alcohol worth £15 from Spa Shop, Meadow Way, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

FREDERICK TERRENCE KIRKLAND, 34, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. On August 1 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ISLAM RASOOL TARIQ, 21, of Beckett Close, Aylesbury. On June 25 in Beckett Close had in his possession 14.53 grammes of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

STEVEN HARRIS, 29, of Patrick Way, Aylesbury. On October 6 resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

LIAM PETER LUMLEY, 23, of Park Street, Aylesbury. On June 8 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £160, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

TERENCE JAMES DAY, 47, of Ambleside, Aylesbury. On August 4 drove black Volkswagon Passat in Ambleside after consuming 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Day must also carry out 140 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

STEPHANIE LOUISE THRUSSELL, 35, of Chaloner Place, Aylesbury. Failed to give police information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £110, costs £65, victim surcharge £20.

MOHAMMED MUSTAFA IQBAL, 30, of Yardley Green, Aylesbury. On May 29 in Dunsham Lane drove without insurance. Proved in absence. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £600, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

JEFFREY MATTHEW RENNIE, 41, of Fletton End, Calvert.On May 3 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove without insurance. Proved in absence. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £600, victim surcharge £60, costs £85.

EMMA LABROSS, 31, of Darvill Road, Stone. On May 21 in Broughton Avenue drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £110, costs £65, victim surcharge £20.

HARRY WATTS, 19, of Roxwell Path, Aylesbury. On April 8 and May 14 in Oakfield Road drove without insurance and licence. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Also fined £292, costs £65, victim surcharge £20.
