Court round-up: Drunk drivers given 80 hours community service

Two drink drivers who have been ordered to work for free on behalf of the community after being caught more than twice over the limit are featured in this week’s courts list.

OLIVER RICOTTI, 23, of Nairdwood Lane, Prestwood. On October 12 Amersham Road, Amersham, drove a VW Transporter after consuming 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 19 months, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

RAHEEM MOHAMMED SAKHI, 21, of no fixed abode. 1) On September 24 in Wing had in his possession eight small deal bags of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date drove a Hyundai Coupe in Leighton Road, Wing, without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/ location drove without a licence. Pleaded guilty. Fined £230, licence endorsed with eight points, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DOMINIC JAMES CLARKE, 32, of Suffolk Close, Bletchley. On April 21 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

BOYSIE BIDDLE, 28, of Paices Hill Travellers’ Site, Aldermaston. On September 26 drove a Toyota Landcruiser in New Road, Weston Turville, after consuming 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 17 months, fined £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

MALCOLM BURY, 67, of Long Plough, Aston Clinton. On October 16 drove a BMW 523 in Long Plough, Aston Clinton, after consuming 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £750, costs £85, victim surcharge £75.

JOAN CORCORAN, 76, of Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury. Between 2004 and 2013 dishonestly failed to notify authorities of a change in her circumstances, namely that she was in employment, which affected her entitlement to pension credit, council tax benefit and housing benefit. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

GERARD MOHAMED-CHERIF, 48, of Belgrave Road, Aylesbury. On October 15 drove a Nissan in Cambourne Avenue, Aylesbury, after consuming 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 24 months, must undertake 80 hours unpaid work, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

HAZEL MOLSON, 52, of Reading Road, Cholsey. On October 13 drove a black Vauxhall Insignia after consuming 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 24 months, must carry out 80 hours unpaid work, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

DAVID PERRY, 63, of Holly Road, Romney Marsh, Kent. On october 18 had in his possession 1/8 gramme of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for six months, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

REON ALEX TRISTOA SCOTT-HAYDEN, 22, of Holly Blue Mews, Aylesbury. On October 18 in Prince Rupert Drive, Aylesbury, resisted a policeman in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for six months, £40 costs, £15 victim surcharge.

ELLIOT DAVID SUMMERLING, 44, care of Wycliffe End, Aylesbury. 1) On October 16 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. 2) On October 15 in George Street, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
