DEVROY ANTHONY HUME, 25, of Keats Close, Aylesbury. On October 13 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

CLARE LAKER, 39, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On May 19 stole four cases of Stella Artois beer worth £40, from Co-op store in Fairford Leys. Pleaded guilty. Costs £85, compensation £20.

PRZEMYSLAW PAWEL LAZAR, 30, of Hampden Gardens, Aylesbury. On August 12 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CHARLES MOLYNEUX, 32, of Albert Street, Aylesbury. On May 19 stole four cases of Stella Artois beer, worth £40, from Co-op in Fairford Leys. 
Pleaded guilty. Costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

KEVIN PETER OLLIFFE, 31, of New Street, Aylesbury. On October 8 stole Samsung Galaxy Ace mobile phone worth £100 from property in Drayton Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 60 hours unpaid work, compensation £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

CHRISTOPHER WHITMORE, 33, of Watts Green, Chearsley. On September 10 in Oxford Road, Hartwell, drove a Volvo V50 estate while unfit to drive through drugs. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

KRISTINE DZEGUZE, 30, of Rickfords Hill, Aylesbury. On September 26 stole a man’s wrist watch worth £28 from River Island, Friars Square, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

OMAR SHAH, 20, of Havelock Street, Aylesbury. On August 1 had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £40, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LEE MATHER, 29, of Foskett Way, Aylesbury. On May 19 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Fined £400, costs £620, compensation £50, victim surcharge £40.

AKSAD MAHMOOD, 22, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. On June 3 rode in the front passenger seat of a vehicle while not wearing a seatbelt. Pleaded guilty. Fined £40, victim surchage £20.

MARK ANDREW HURDLE, 48, of Hartwell End, Aylesbury. 
On April 15 outside the Tindal Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury, intentionally exposed himself intending someone would be caused alarm or distress. Pleaded guilty. Given 12-week curfew. Hurdle must remain at his home from 8pm to 6am daily. Must also pay £150 compensation, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

DEAN JONES, 31, of Ellen Walk, Aylesbury. On September 22 in Aylesbury had in his possession four wraps of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANDREW PETER PAUL ROBINSON, 48, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. On October 18 in Aylesbury High Street was found drunk in a public place. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £45, victim surcharge £20.
