Thame Market, which is the nearest livestock auction market to Aylesbury and is used by most Vale farmers, had a stand at the show and provided a place for their customers to rest and have refreshment.
Fieldsman Robert Wilson, who works for the market and visits farms to see when animals are auction-ready, said: “We come every year to support our customers and the show.
“I do enjoy it. It is difficult in the present climate to keep these shows running because of all the costs involved.
“But it is always busy and popular and provides a good day out which couldn’t be nicer.”
