Chiltern Railways will trial running trains from Haddenham and Thame Parkway and Princes Risborough to London on Boxing Day.
Traditionally train companies are closed on December 26 and Chiltern says it anticipates big demand for the service.
Trains will run from 8am to 8pm with the first train from Haddenham & Thame Parkway at 9.09am.
The company has also announced that car park charges will be waived on the day.
The trial only applies to the Wycombe line, hence why Aylesbury is not opening.
Other stations opening are Bicester North, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Wembley Stadium.
Thomas Ableman, commercial director at Chiltern Railways said: “We know that many people are itching to get out and about on Boxing Day which is why we’re trialling a train service on part of our route this year.
“London Marylebone is a stone’s throw from Oxford Street and handy for tube lines so we anticipate that the service will be popular with shoppers keen to snap up a bargain and football fans heading to the match.
“Free parking at Chiltern stations on the day, GroupSave tickets and 241 attractions when you travel by train, make a day out with family or friends an option if the turkey sandwiches are getting too much.”
