Jewellery has been stolen from a house in Thame after burglars broke in through a bedroom window.

The offenders climbed over the rear garden fence and on to a flat roof.

They then used garden tools to force entry through the window and ransacked the property, before making off with the jewellery.

The burglary took place on Saturday (October 26) between 4.15pm and 11pm.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact PC Claire Ashton by calling 101.
