To celebrate its 12th birthday a Thame charity bookshop is launching a major winter appeal.

Volunteers at the Cornmarket Oxfam bookstore are to launch the campaign to raise £1,670 for ‘Safe water for a school’ on Saturday.

The money raised will help provide safe drinking water for a school, educate children, teachers and parents on how important health and hygiene are for staying safe and prolong the children’s education. To find out more about the cause and to donate to it, visit www.oxfamunwrapped.com
