World music group The Baghdaddies will bring their unusual blend of Caribbean, Middle Eastern, jazz, ska and punk to Aylesbury tonight.
The unique five piece have been touring the world for the past 16 years.
The band’s guitarist and trombone player Ziad Jabero said: “It’s a fairly exuberant uplifting show.
“We started out playing Balkan style music and it evolved to encompass different people’s styles in the band.
“But generally it’s all music for celebration and it’s all uplifting.”
The group will perform at Aylesbury Methodist Church on July 13 at 7.30pm.
The show is part of the ongoing 10 day Aylesbury Festival.
