The King’s Head has been named the Campaign for Real Ale’s branch pub of the year.

Alexander Wright, chairman of the Aylesbury Vale and Wycombe branch of CAMRA handed a framed certificate to King’s Head director George Jenkinson yesterday (Wednesday).

The Chiltern Brewery in Terrick, run by George and his brother Tom, manage the Farmer’s Bar at the King’s Head.

George said: “We are truly thrilled. This is fantastic recognition from CAMRA for our brewery tap.

“We are dedicated to providing the best in service, excellent quality ales sourced from all over the country, and of course our very own fine English ales brewed in Terrick, and this is great testament and honour for our pub.”
