Authors on air in coup for hospital
Stoke Mandvelle Hospital
Two local authors have visited the studios of Stoke Mandeville Hospital Radio.
The Monday Night Request Show, hosted by Carol Jenkins, welcomed crime writer Pam Chambers and author Oli Jacobs in for a chat between patient requests.
They both self publish online, and are keen about their writing, which they fit into their lives around work, family and social life.
Pam, of Wendover, focuses on crime writing, drawing from experiences in her previous police career. Oli, of High Wycombe, took a degree in Creative Writing at Bucks New University.
