A Summer Boot Camp in Thame is due to start this July, organised and run by a personal trainer from the town.
On July 6, Thame's fitness event kicks off with a 7am circuit class on the Southern Road Recreation Ground.

George Anderson from Thame Personal Training, who is running the boot camp, said: "Although we only meet once a week for a 'sweat session', everybody receives a training program to complete between sessions, nutrition advice and a personal goal setting session before the bootcamp begins."

He said the goal setting session is important as it gives a real focus to the six week boot camp and anyone who doesn't achieve their agreed goals gets their money back.

"I've been working with clients for about 10 years and I know what is realistic in terms of weight loss," he explained.

"If you stick to the program, I can guarantee improvements in fitness and a substantial weight loss."

To book a place visit www.thamepersonaltraining.co.uk, or call George on 07973 777362 for more information.
