Panto tale is out of this world

Wendover Theatre Society is breaking with tradition this year and performing its Christmas panto before December 25.

The story is called Santa In Space and follows Vileun the Vile who aims to become the supreme ruler of the universe by kidnapping Father Christmas.

As the intergalactic tale unfolds, captain Dick Daring and his team spring into action and plan a rescue mission to save Santa.

Performances take place next Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7.30pm in Wendover Memorial Hall.

There are also 3pm shows on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are available from the box office via 01296 696412.
