Christmas music for a hospital

Youngsters will be performing at a Christmas concert to raise money for the Cancer Fighting Fund at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

The fund raises money for state of the art medical equipment for the early diagnosis of cancer and is jointly managed by The Friends of Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Scannappeal.

Talented children from The Mandeville, Cottesloe and Overstone schools and soloist Sophie Thurman will sing and play a selection of much loved Christmas Carols and songs.

Tere will also be festive readings and complimentary mulled wine and mince pies.

The concert will take place at St Mary’s Church in Aylesbury from 7pm on Thursday December 6. Tickets cost £10 and are available from www.scannappeal.org.uk
