The latest on ground plans for Ducks and FC as councillor wades into the debate.
Aylesbury United are teetering on the verge of relegation because the club has ploughed all its cash into finding a new ground, the chairman admitted this week.

Graham Read is optimistic that a multi-million complex at Aylesbury College will go ahead, and said it could be used as a World Cup training camp if the tournament comes to England.

Meanwhile, fans at Aylesbury FC got that sinking feeling this week as another match was called off due to flooding.

And plans to build two new sports stadiums in Aylesbury make no sense, the town's leisure chief has warned.

Councillor David Thompson, who is responsible for leisure in the Vale, questioned the need for Aylesbury United and Aylesbury FC to both pursue dreams of relocating to state-of-the-art new grounds.
