Aylesbury United travel to AFC Sudbury on Saturday, knowing that they need to start picking up points quickly if they are to catch up with relegation rivals Bromsgrove Rovers and Barton Rovers.
The Ducks lost their previous match 2-0 away to bitter local rivals Chesham, and boss Tony Joyce said: "Chesham are in the top five, while Sudbury are midtable at the moment, so that's the sort of game that we've got to win."

"We've got a young squad, but they're gaining experience with all the games they play.

"When I first took over (in October last year) we were losing games four or five nil, but I'm hoping we've turned a corner."

Joyce's side are set to be boosted by the return of midfielder Enzo Silvestri and striker Shiblu Miah.

But Ashley Harewood looks set to miss the match with a groin strain, while James Nash faces a late fitness test after suffering a calf strain in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Beaconsfield SYCOB.

Former Ducks striker Chris Bangura came back to haunt his old side on Tuesday night, when his goal set Chesham on their way to a 2-0 win.

Two goals in three first-half minutes were enough to seal a Chesham win, which left Aylesbury rooted to the bottom of the table, 12 points from safety.

But despite the defeat, Aylesbury manager Tony Joyce heaped praise on his players, and remained defiant about the team's chances of avoiding the drop.

Joyce said: "A few weeks ago we might have capitulated and lost 4-0, but we're going in the right direction and I think we can turn things around.

"There's a big difference between Aylesbury and Chesham, not least the financial difference.

"I think we played ok on the night, but when you're bottom of the league you've got to be on championship form."
