Two homes in Haydon Hill, Aylesbury, were burgled within hours of each other last week.
A burglary was reported in Hemingway Road between midnight and 7:15am on Friday (February 26).

It is thought that entry was gained via the uPVC front door, which had not been double locked.

Once inside thieves stole property including a laptop computer, handbag and contents and vehicle keys.

A grey Audi car was then stolen from outside the location, which is still currently outstanding.

A second burglary was also reported on Sewell Close between 10pm on Thursday (February 25) and 8:30am on Friday.

Again, entry was via the front door and a handbag and contents stolen.

Police would like to hear from anyone that might have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area between the times given.
